PicSiDrop is operated by Paverasa Private Limited, India.
## How to request account deletion
To delete your PicSiDrop account, send an email to
[paverasapvtltd@gmail.com](mailto:paverasapvtltd@gmail.com) from your
registered email address.
Use this subject line:
**Delete my PicSiDrop account**
If you cannot send the request from your registered email address, include the
mobile number linked to your PicSiDrop account so we can verify ownership.
## What to include in the email
- Full name
- Registered email address or mobile number
- A clear confirmation that you want your PicSiDrop account deleted
Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment details, Aadhaar, PAN, or other identity
document numbers in the email.

## What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize account profile data, app
session data, saved preferences, traveller availability, and non-statutory
personal data associated with your account.
## What may be retained
Some records must be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, KYC,
safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. This can include
booking records, payment records, KYC records, dispute history, and safety
incident records.
Retention periods follow the PicSiDrop Privacy Policy.
## Timeline
We acknowledge and process account deletion requests within 30 days. If we need
more information to verify ownership of the account, we will reply to the email
address used for the request.
